Since we had the pleasure of hosting the annual AT&T Telecom Pioneers tournament the last weekend in September I am going to flashback to a wedding we had on August 16th for Joshua and Courtney Taylor. I have to say they were such a sweet couple. The two met 11 years ago in high school science class. Courtney says it was love at first sight for Josh but it took her ten years to come around and give him a chance. As she says, they were supposed to be just best friends. Ten years later Courtney felt God telling her to give Joshua a chance so she finally gave in and as you can tell the rest is history. After a month of dating Courtney knew Josh was the one and he popped the question four months later at Disney World. For everyone who knows me, I am obsessed with Disney so once I heard this I couldn't wait to plan their wedding.
Courtney chose two colors to base all of her decor on, a beautiful coral and tropical blue. The bridesmaids dresses were a mixture of these two colors and boy did they stand out nice against the lawn of the golf course. The ceremony took place on our back covered patio. Tammy from Parker’s Events provided the bamboo arch for them to stand underneath. I absolutely loved the bouquets and centerpieces she selected. They were provided by Divine Floral. You can see Courtney’s bouquet below which cascaded down so elegantly.
Courtney and Josh are making their way down to South Florida so Josh can continue school. I wish them all the best in a beautiful life I know they will create.
