PROJECT #1: Greens Renovation - May 2025

- Ensures precision in shaping greens and slopes for ideal drainage and playability
- GPS grading reduces construction errors, lowering costs and maintenance needs
- Aids in meeting regulatory standards, promoting sustainable course design
- Trimble GPS data collectors and robotic total stations enhance design accuracy
- Cloud-based data storage aids in slope restoration and original design upkeep

Project Timeline
May 5, 2025: Course is closed for renovation for approx. 4.5 months.
During Course Closure: The Bridge will continue to remain open for dining. Please check here for their hours of operation during this time.
Mid-September/October 2025: Course Re-Opens for Play.
Project Plan
- All greens, collars, and approaches will have the grass stripped, totaling 250,000 square feet.
- The top six inches of the greens’ soil will be removed to eliminate all contamination, reestablishing the greens’ depth and soil composition to the original specifications.
- Collars and approaches will be regraded to promote surface drainage.
- Tif Eagle sprigs will replant greens surfaces, and new 419 Bermuda sod will be laid on the collars and approaches.
