St. Johns Golf & Country Club is an extraordinary place created by The St. Joe Company located between St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. The 18-hole Clyde Johnston-designed course is the community's centerpiece with just the right amount of challenge for novice and avid golfers alike. A great place to hone your skills, St. Johns is known for its consistent quality of service and conditions, being nationally ranked for customer satisfaction and loyalty by the National Golf Foundation, and host to the PGA TOUR Qualifying School in 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
Delicately carved out of a pine forest, the course at St. Johns offers five sets of tees plus a family tee that varies the length of the course from 7,250 yards down to 2,400 yards. Depending on wind conditions, the 18-hole course can be gentle or a real bear, so take your time to enjoy the game while natural wildlife surrounds you during your round.
After play or any time you’re in the mood, visit the St. Johns Grille Room, which overlooks the beautiful 9th and 18th greens. It’s the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat as you watch foursomes making the turn and finishing up, or if you prefer, watch some sports on the restaurant’s satellite-linked TVs.
